John Grisham, the master of the legal thriller and one of the world’s most popular novelists, channels his lifelong passion for justice into powerful storytelling and real-world advocacy. He has worked extensively with The Innocence Project and exposed shocking cases of wrongful conviction—first in The Innocent Man, which inspired the Netflix documentary, and more recently in the #1 bestseller Framed, co-written with Jim McCloskey.

Now, in Shaken: The Rush to Execute an Innocent Man, Grisham turns an unflinching eye to the tragic case of Robert Roberson, a Texas father wrongfully sentenced to death. Where is A Time to Kill?

    1. My father first got me started on mysteries when I was a young girl. Then an uncle introduced me to Mr. Grahams books in 1993. I’ve been hooked ever since…and only missed 1 or 2 of his books, only because I couldn’t find his latest release. Thanks for many hours of entertainment and CRITICAL thought INTO HUMAN BEHAVIOR.

Is the book “Touchdown” by John Grisham available in English?

Is there a follow up book for “The Partner”? I would really like to know what happened to Eva and did she and Patrick ever get back together?

I’m a recent convert to John Grisham’s novels. A Painted House and the Chamber remain the best in my
opinion. I’ll look for A Time to Kill. I have written a non-fiction book this year based on the transcript of a
four-day trial in Kelowna, BC, in 2012. I did not attempt to have it accepted by a publisher as I’m a novice
author and unlikely to attempt writing another book. My book is called “Diesel – Four Days to Kill a Dog –
On a Balance of Probabilities”. It nearly killed me writing it because the defendant was trampled by both
judge and prosecutor. I wonder if John Grisham could write a novel about a kangaroo trial like the one
that destroyed the defendant and his dog in Diesel my book. Helen Schiele, Kelowna.

John Grisham is my favorite author of all time. I love his Jack Brigance books. For those who have not read them, I believe that they are his greatest works yet. I wish he would write more with him in them.

  8. Joan Emery

Is there a follow up to A painted House? I just read it and it was a great story.

  9. Danna

Just finished reading, Camino Island. Loved it!! I’m hoping Mr. Grisham will write another to continue to follow the interesting characters he developed in this quick read novel.

  10. Pam

Why isn’t the Gingerbread Man listed as one of his books?
