About the author’s Life, Career & Awards
She is an open lesbian and her famous novel series Jane Lawless was released in 1989. The series features a lesbian restaurateur and his witty friend Cordelia thorn and these series fall into the category of the mystery genre in lesbian literature. This novel deals with LGBT issues and won the Lambda award five times, she has contributed greatly to the field of lesbian literature.
She is a three-time winner of the Minnesota Book award for the best popular fictions: and at the Saints and sinners literary she was made a GLBT literary and she also worked as an educator other than working as a novelist, Ellen taught at the Loft literary center which is one of the largest independent writing community in the nation and she taught about the introduction to writing the modern mystery.
